Cracknell provided strategic landscape master planning services for the schematic and master plan development phases of The Lost City project as well as producing guidelines for key elements of the development.

This residential/mixed-use development features a variety of key public spaces including four village centres, four main parks, linear connecting parks, pedestrian and cycle way networks, streetscapes and minor unique pedestrian links known as 'camel paths' which wind through the residential precincts.

Working closely with the master planners, infrastructure engineers and the client, Cracknell has contributed to creating this unique hillside development. This elevated vista has been monopolised to allow part of the residential community to enjoy panoramic views over Dubai. The crest will be dominated by 'The Citadel', which will contain a boutique quality hotel development.
