The redesign of this school forecourt included site restoration and visually linking it to the adjacent open space Owens Fields. Marina Esplanade, Ramsgate, England
The project was part of the regeneration of Ramsgate Marina. The architect's called for signature buildings to help define the character of the new sea front development, while providing facilities for Lifeguard station and viewing deck, First aid station, Food & beverage outlets and Public toilets.
