Management Assistant | Shenzhen

The Management Assistant works as part of the Commercial team and is reporting to the Group Managing Director.

Scope of Job
The Management Assistant plays a key role in assisting the Commercial team and the Group Managing Director throughout the prequalification and bidding process and with other commercial and secretarial matters.  

Minimum Education:
Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.

Professional Qualification / Chartership:
N/A

Years of Experience: 
Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative and document control experience with an architectural or engineering practice.

Other:

  • Female candidate 
  • Chinese national with Chinese passport and identity card 
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken/written)
  • Local, mainland background (meaning, should have spent some time in mainland China- growing up, studying there- in order to ensure a cultural connect)
  • Physical ability and fitness to work at desk and on the computer screen for long hours
