The first of its kind, Office of the Future brings 3D printing to life on a whole new scale

Cracknell was a key member of the design team that developed the world’s first 3D-printed office which was designed and constructed in record time. Fully functional and permanently occupied, the Office of the Future is currently the home to exhibition space and incubator for future emerging technologies in the region. It was inaugurated in May 2016 Located at the foot of the prestigious Emirates Towers, it showcases a range of unique designs that make it more sustainable, attractive, and comfortable to work in.

Cracknell played an integral part in making the landscape as sustainable as possible with the use of features like 100% LED lighting, responsive building systems, and green landscaping, providing the building with a natural yet futuristic feel.
