James is an Associate Architect and LEED Green Associate within Cracknell’s Post-Contract team. He has 27 years’ experience, 18 of which have been in the Gulf. With 10 year’s within the field of Landscape Design and Construction he also has experience across the related disciplines of Architectural Design, Interior Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision. James is highly software proficient and has particular expertise regards high-rise residential, hospitality, commercial and educational developments.

 

He provides contract administration, site management and supervision services during the construction stage until handing over of the project, placing great emphasis on inter-disciplinary coordination, attention to detail and execution of design intent.
