Samira has 18 years’ experience in the field of Cost Management, Quantity Surveying and Contractual Administration for a broad range of landscape and infrastructure projects across the Middle East. She has worked in Pre & Post Tender Administration, Post Tender Stage & Post-Contract environments and is familiar with international forms of contract FIDIC and standard methods of measurements such as POMI and CESMM3. She has a sound knowledge of environmentally friendly technologies and stays abreast of the development of new and emerging landscape materials; she has a key role advising the design teams on cost effectiveness of design solutions, design efficiencies and environmental cost-benefit analysis.
