Sebastian has 25 years’ experience in the technical design profession. Over the last 20 years at Cracknell, he has worked his way up to Associate CAD Team Leader recognising his expertise in managing highly demanding and complex projects while coordinating multiple CAD teams. His specialty lies in AutoCAD from which he has expanded his skill base to include Revit. Sebastian is passionate about building and advancing each of his CAD team’s technical abilities, as well as guiding and challenging designers to use the industries’ latest and best technical practices.
