    Approached via a verdant driveway through a lushly planted buffer landscape, the main building is accessed through a feature linear avenue of palms. The adjacent radial car and bus parking and drop off are well shaded.

    Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy

    This is the second branch of Rafa Nadal’s world-class tennis academy and first of its kind in the Middle East.

    With integrated sports facilities including 15 tennis courts, boxing rings and swimming pools the complex supports both fitness fanatics and elite athletes. The geometric patterns of the landscape integrate the centre seamlessly with the adjacent Mall and Grand Hyatt. Part of the unique 360 mixed-use sports, retail, office and leisure destination, 15 million visitors are expected annually.
