On large scale landscape projects she contributes to improved efficiency, compliance, and team collaboration.
     
    With a keen eye for detail she keeps a close watch on document control systems, quality assurance, and project coordination using her experience in industry-leading document management software, such as Aconex, to ensure seamless document tracking and retrieval.
     
     

    Michael Torreon

    Michael is a Senior Commercial Assistant with 15 years of experience, including 11 years in the UAE. He specialises in project management and coordination from commencement to completion, with expertise in documentation, invoicing, and overall project coordination.
     
    Michael possesses strong management and interpersonal skills, enabling him to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a results-oriented approach. He is highly skilled in coordination and proficient in utilising internet-based tools, including EDMS, eComs, and Microsoft Office.
     

    James Cura

    James is an Associate Architect and LEED Green Associate within Cracknell’s Post-Contract team. He has 27 years’ experience, 18 of which have been in the Gulf. With 10 year’s within the field of Landscape Design and Construction he also has experience across the related disciplines of Architectural Design, Interior Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision. James is highly software proficient and has particular expertise regards high-rise residential, hospitality, commercial and educational developments.
     
    He provides contract administration, site management and supervision services during the construction stage until handing over of the project, placing great emphasis on inter-disciplinary coordination, attention to detail and execution of design intent.

    Asif Abdul Rehman

    Asif has 17 years of experience as a Site Engineer on large-scale landscape projects across the Middle East. He has a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, from the initial planning phase through to successful project completion. Helping to manage and coordinate the on-site team, Asif has a strong focus on quality control, safety standards, cost management, and project delivery.

    Shadi Ali

    Shadi Ali has over 18 years’ experience in the Middle East and North America and is highly proficient in Landscape and Urban Design. His leadership in the delivery of award-winning projects, is reflective of his commitment to quality and innovation. Shadi is a PMP, RMP, CPD, and LEED AP who combines technical rigour with hands-on project management. He has managed many projects from concept through to construction while paying close attention to site-specific conditions and encouraging collaboration among diverse project teams. This includes mega-developments in KSA where he has managed all aspects of project execution, from ground preparation to final implementation. Shadi is fluent in Arabic and English, and is well-versed with international best practices and their adaptation to local conditions in the MENA region. He is focused on creating functional spaces that integrate seamlessly with their surroundings, evolving alongside the community and environment.
