As a CAD Team Leader in Cracknell he uses his expertise in AutoCAD to be consistent in providing all his deliverables in high quality. With an eye for detail, he incorporates his background in architecture in the completion and detailing of design projects. Jan is passionate in expanding his works to the latest technical components of his profession to help in the design of sustainable landscape spaces for communities.

Bunyamin Ozdemir

Bunyamin is an Associate – BIM Manager with over 12 years’ experience in the Middle East and Europe. He oversees delivery of BIM projects, planning and forecasting project resources and managing implementation, design and coordination of BIM with other disciplines and clients. He is also responsible for BIM quality checks and team mentoring. He is passionate about technology and digital tools that enable more efficient workflows. As a Senior Associate – Project Manager at Cracknell, she has a focal role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring constraints are resolved in order to meet project goals and deadlines.

Marwa is committed to monitoring projects that transform business operations and strategies, viewing the role of Project Managers as crucial in steering projects to successful completion and ensuring they deliver tangible improvements to business performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Reshma Shaukat

Reshma Shaukat brings over 13 years of experience in Project Controls and Finance within the UAE. As an FCCA member with a robust background in finance, she excels in financial analysis and risk management. As an Associate – Project Controls Manager at Cracknell Reshma provides training on system usage and reporting as well as managing project controls. Known for her attention to detail and strong organisational skills, Reshma ensures efficient project delivery and financial accuracy.

Belen is an experienced Document Controller with 15 years of expertise in the UAE across multiple industries including Landscape, Construction, and Oil & Gas. She has a strong background in document management, ensuring compliance with industry standards, streamlining workflows, and maintaining organised records for large-scale projects. On large scale landscape projects she contributes to improved efficiency, compliance, and team collaboration.

With a keen eye for detail she keeps a close watch on document control systems, quality assurance, and project coordination using her experience in industry-leading document management software, such as Aconex, to ensure seamless document tracking and retrieval.

Michael Torreon

Michael is a Senior Commercial Assistant with 15 years of experience, including 11 years in the UAE. He specialises in project management and coordination from commencement to completion, with expertise in documentation, invoicing, and overall project coordination.

Michael possesses strong management and interpersonal skills, enabling him to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a results-oriented approach. He is highly skilled in coordination and proficient in utilising internet-based tools, including EDMS, eComs, and Microsoft Office.

Asif Abdul Rehman

Asif has 17 years of experience as a Site Engineer on large-scale landscape projects across the Middle East. He has a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, from the initial planning phase through to successful project completion. Helping to manage and coordinate the on-site team, Asif has a strong focus on quality control, safety standards, cost management, and project delivery.

Lohita Gupta

Lohita is a Senior Architect and a Landscape Designer with over 5 years’ experience in landscape architecture projects. Lohita has delivered multiple projects at all design stages in India and after moving to the Middle East, she had the opportunity to work on some of the most ambitious projects in the region. Her well-rounded technical background consists of experience in aspects such as stakeholder workshops, project due diligence as per international best practice, and working in a core team of multiple disciplines including urban design, transport planning, and architecture. Her dynamic experience and adaptability with various design software makes her a key member of the team. No matter the size or complexity of the project her design approach remains deeply rooted in expressing the context and culture of the place to achieve an authentic outcome for the end users.
